Premier Partner Members -- no table tee and meals outlined below
Exhibitor Members -- $250 table fee includes meals for 1

 

The following meals are included for 1-5 members your team based on your partner level:

Please select guest meals for any extra representatives you plan to bring if more than the following:

Diamond Partner: table & meals for 5 included
Platinum Partner: table & meals for 4 included
Gold Partner: table & meals for 3 included
Silver Partner: table & meals for 2 included
Bronze Partner: table & meals for 1 included
Exhibitor Members: with table fee, meals for 1 included

IF YOU NEED TO SEND ITEMS TO THE HOTEL:

The Billings Hotel can receive and store shipments arriving within 3 days of the conference. Please keep in mind there is no loading dock so any freight needs to arrive in a vehicle equipped with a lift gate and pallet jack. Please address shipments as follows:
